John A. Burigo, M.D. FACOG is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and practices at OB/GYN Specialists of the Palm Beaches, at the Palm Beach Gardens location in Southern Florida. Dr. Burigo’s areas of interest primarily hormone replacement therapy.  He also performs minor, in-office surgeries and pellet insertion for hormone replacement therapy.

Dr. Burigo has been practicing medicine since 1980 and accomplished much of his education in the state of New York.  He received his M.D. degree at New York Medical College and completed his OB/GYN residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

When asked why Dr. Burigo chose this profession and what he enjoys most about his work, he responded, “the combination of medicine and surgery in addition to the unique specialty of obstetrics.”

Dr. Burigo has also been counseling menopausal patients on the use of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for menopausal women for many years. We are pleased that he can now offer pellet implants to safely provide bio-identical hormone replacement which is the most natural method of replacing hormones in both women and men.
